If your account has a past due balance, then your service will be suspended for non payment and will not be restored until the full payment is made. 

If your credit card declines, then service will automatically be suspended until you pay the full balance and update your credit card information.

It takes 48 hours for payments to be processed, therefore your service will resume on the next regular scheduled pick up day.
